1. Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

2. Processing Time: Customers can expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for their orders to ship.

3. Order Cut-off Time: Any order placed after 3 PM EST will begin their 2–3 business day processing time on the following business day.
